        Scout,get briefed,use all tools(maps,weather kits,radios...)

   - Assess Hazards- Use the Look Up, Down and Around Indicators (Fuel, Topography, Weather...)

                              Is anything changing? (Weather, fuels, topography, fire behavior, people...)
